Extended Care
Smarty Pants creates an environment which will naturally help develop children and their desire to explore, discover, and learn from the world around them. We strive to develop a child not only in academic areas but in social, physical, and emotional areas as well. It is wonderful to see a child share, help others, clean up after themselves, socialize with their peers and become a kind and courteous person.
Our curriculum is responsive to individual differences in ability and interests. Interactions and activities are designed to develop children's self-esteem and positive feelings toward learning.
We incorporate math, science, social studies, literacy, art, music, circle time, dramatic play, large and small motor development into our program. Children also love our Afternoon Adventures which include Spanish class, sign language, music/movement classes, art and cooking.
